"Power" - It is this part of the female body that is responsible to a greater extent for bearing a child. And in the future it helps to care for and grow your child. Back - musculoskeletal system - hips. Personally, it was not easy for me. I spent 9 months on recovery and hard training in physiotherapy, so that I could learn to walk again, feel my strength, and freedom of movement. In the end, fully enjoy motherhood without pain. And I was able to do it. I was able to gain even more strength in my body than before. I think it is very difficult to describe in words, but if someone has ever encountered these feelings - misunderstanding, disappointment and helplessness in not being able to walk and then regain this strength. This is total happiness!
