This art work is the personification of the artist, because she is ‘Pisces’ by sign of the zodiac. Her mother always called her ‘Fish’ or ‘My Goldfish’. She even owned an aquarium where goldfish lived as a child, so she painted them from memory, using her imagination to decorate them.
