An artist came up with the idea to draw a red wild poppy from nature. It took some time to find it. Wild poppy is a very rare occurrence. 
 
As Marta passed a hill once, she noticed flowers, and immediately set out on a bike and with a knife to cut them. Having obtained the desired flower, she returned home to paint it. And I didn't get up from work until she finished it. The artist tried to finish everything until this delicate flower withered. And she did it. 
 
Many layers of paint were used to create the volume of the drawing and the desired color. This work turned out quite realistic. Marta discovered one of the versions of the meaning of the poppy - that it grows where a drop of blood falls. So yes - in the place where Marta cut flowers, very often, according to rumors, various kinds of fights took place.
 
Nevertheless, this painting fascinates with its technique of execution and realism.
